This event is a must for companies that wish to sell (more) on the Chinese market and/or start manufacturing in China.

China is an increasingly attractive market to sell goods and services and continues to be an interesting location for setting up manufacturing facilities. Nevertheless, the uncertainties of doing business in and with China are significant, and companies that want to start selling to China or that plan an investment in China need to carefully consider how to approach the Chinese business environment.

In particular, many foreign companies that enter the Chinese market feel that they do not get access to the Chinese market on terms that are on par with those faced by their Chinese competitors. In addition, foreign companies that want to invest in manufacturing facilities in China should ensure that they set up the investment to protect them from issues ranging from unfavourable regulatory changes to de facto expropriation. During this event, we explain how trade rules can help protect companies from these issues.
