The Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to invite you to a webinar on the new foreign direct investment screening mechanism in Belgium, which entered into force on 1 July 2023. This webinar will take place on 18 July 2023 at 14h00 CEST.

The session will provide insight into the scope of the regime, the filing process to be followed and the possible outcomes thereof. The sanctions for non-compliance will also be discussed and the speakers will give their views on how the new regime will impact M&A deals in Belgium. The session will finish off with a Q&A round.
